              I went in and paid for what I thought was one month of tanning. I have been charged for 2 extra months. My location does not answer phone and I havent been able to go into that branch. I call a different branch asking for a number to have my money put back in my account. Never got a call back. At no time when signing up did anyone tell me I was paying monthly and that it would be automatically withdrawn monthly. It is dishonest. I would like a full refund. Please stop these dishonest practices. Give your customers a copy of their contract and tell them at time of signing up.
