I used this store for a very long time as we had a large pool at the time and a spa. Always used them to check the waters, bought chemicals, pool supplies, even a couple of Polaris auto pool cleaners over the years. When our old spa went kaput it was here where we went to buy a new one. Pricey but I thought I was buying from a good store, good people, who stood behind their products. The spa is now several years old and the GFI switch went out. I called on a Monday, got transferred to their service department and had to leave a message on an answering machine. By Wednesday I still had not heard from them so I called back, asking to speak to the service manager. Several hours later he returned my call. Told me I had to be by the spa for him to talk to me. I explained I had had an electrician out here on another issue and he checked out the GFI for me, saying it was being tripped by something in the spa. I did ask why they had not returned my call and he said, "do you want us to come out or not?" He then went out to tell me that I had to give them my credit card information before they would even schedule a repair. I said, "no." He said that was fine, no repair then. I said I would go elsewhere, which I will do, and will NEVER do business with this firm again. Period. This is what I call terrible service and terribly rude, two things I don't need and I assume they don't need the business.
