            On 12/28/22 we moved into a new home. We used College Hunks as our moving service. They arrived at the job site and claimed they would need a different vehicle. They both returned to their store to get the truck at our expense. They returned an hour later and began moving our belongings. They worked with extreme inefficiency, took breaks to vape, stood idly in our driveway, and required my families help extensively to accomplish tasks. We had to hire a second moving service to complete the job. They left without completing the job. Rivaldo said he had a date to get to. Kylar wouldn't speak to us and sat in the truck until Rivaldo was ready to leave. We paid them $556. The service promised was to unload our vehicles and put into our new home. We paid for a service that did not conclude. We have attempted contacting the business over 20 times but they will not respond. On the first phone call, they did respond, taking information and ensuring me they would get back. They have refused our calls since then.             Lenoir City robbery! Do not use college hunks. Even worse. I work for a corporate company. When it gets to talking to someone in corporate is usually when things are resolved in some way. They let me know they were sorry for what I went through but offered nothing but an immediate call from local store who handled my move. Never heard from them or any follow up! This was a 11 min move from one side of LC to the other. Things were packaged and ready to move on moving day. 6 years earlier, my move was a town house in Oak Ridge to LC. 5 stars with College Hunks. THIS time??? 6.5 hrs! Last time done and in LC in 3. Movers moved slow or not at all. Could not disassemble full bed frame...wasted trash. Had me help with sectional...took me to push knee on cushion and went just fine...they were saying they couldn't do it and it would go back outside. This was a ground lvl apt to a 1 floor duplex. They caused financial and emotional distress that still has not been addressed. They stole and gouged this price to over double what I was expected and could afford. Now even corporate knows and no remedy. A lot has changed in 6 years and I want everyone to know it is a ripoff and very hard to stand there and watch! DO NOT USE.
