            This was a complete disaster. For starters I was supposed to have a handicap room instead I was put at the end of a hallway. I booked online and where I intended to stay another day they told me that the hotel was booked and that I have booked the wrong room no. This was a room more expensive than the one that I was in even though I put a note for the room number and that I was extending. The next morning I was told I had to be out of the room by 11:30 and I had to wait until 3:30 to recheck in to another room. I asked them to keep me in the same room and they refused and when I spoke to the general manager **** I told her that I was going to post a bad review because of this craziness and she told me I was a liar. The front desk guy then told me that **** could call the police on me for threatening her. I told him to go ahead and call the police and explain to them that the threat was for a social media post and see what they wanted to do. The staff was extremely rude and unaccommodating. Run away from this hotel! They are insane!

            FIRST OFF, THE HOTEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ROOMS THAT YOU BOOKED, NOT ONCE BUT TWICE INCORRECTLY THROUGH A 3RD PARTY BOOKING SITE - WHAT YOU BOOK IS WHAT YOU GET UNLESS YOU PAY THE UPGRADE FEE.

            ON THE DATE OF YOUR CHECK OUT YOU BOOKED A SMOKING KING ROOM DUE TO THE FACT WE WERE SOLD OUT OF STANDARD KING ROOMS. WE TRIED TO EXPLAIN THIS PROCESS TO YOU BUT YOU WERE NOT HAVING IT. I DID SPEAK WITH YOU AND YOU TOLD ME THAT YOU WERE GOING TO LIE TO MAKE US LOOK BAD ON SOCIAL MEDIA DUE TO THE FACT THAT YOU BOOKED THE WRONG ROOM TYPE - NOT OUR FAULT.

            AFTER BACK AND FORTH WITH CORPORATE, YOU ENDED UP STAYING WITH US IN A STANDARD DOUBLE ROOM.
