My Double garage door broke. I called Precision on Saturday. They sent Patrick out to give me a estimate which was higher than I thought it would be, but their reviews were all good so I didn't get a second estimate. That was my fault. They were going to charge me 49.00 just to do the estimate but take it off the total price at the end of the job. Like any homeowner I really needed to get it fixed as soon as possible. So I agreed with the price. They came out on the following Tuesday to do the work which was great. In the prosses of moving stuff around in the garage I broke the little door so I ask for an estimate on it as well so they could do both at the same time. so 4088.00 dollars later my doors were replaced. But the big door the bottom seal that came with the door that I purchase didn't seal all the way to the concrete so they suggested a different seal which I thought was only going to be 9.00 instead it was 9.00 a foot which cost me another 144.00 and when they finished the little door that they install had a defect in the outside of the 3rd panel down which their worker did not catch. So they had to come back out and replace it. My problem is for 4088.00. I should not have to pay 144.00 for a seal at the bottom of the door that I purchase from them to begin with. I tell anyone else GET A SECONE OPINION. This company is over priced. and they do not inspect their work when done.
