I had a flood to my house on Dec 24th 2022. Insurance estimated damages & this company was hired. Signed the estimate contract in March, 2023 for repairs to being. Some days workers (1 person) would show up. Went days without anyone showing up. As of today, work still hasn't been completed & work that has been done is not up to standards. Pictures & documentation to prove it. Paint chipping, measurements off, carpeting not put down correctly, etc. Kitchen cabinets were a big deal. They didnt order them & when I asked several times for updates, nothing. Then once I got them, they were wrong style & color. Flooring isnt the original flooring I picked out because they didnt order it in time & was out of stock by the time they did try to get it. So, I had to pick something else. Everything that I sent besides the dishwasher has had to repicked due to them not ordering it in a timely manner. I was told also when picking out the items that I wanted that it had to be "instore". I have voiced my concerns through phone calls & text messages several times. With little to no response. When we do talk, they have to look into it & call me back. I have tried several attempts to reach out & ask for updates & for someone to call me. I sent them(office manager owner) with my concerns along with a deadline that they didn't seemed to care about since work still wasn't done at that time. After speaking to Office manager, she came out in early September to do a walk through & she didn't even have the correct estimate. She gave me the estimate she had and I told her I would look over it and get in touch with her. 2 days later, I sent her a message stating this was the wrong estimate, because house/room measurements werent the same as mine original estimate and I dont know where she got it. She stated that she would have look into it and I haven't heard from them since. My house still isn't completed and I haven't heard from the company since Sept 6th. 2023.
