After repeated phone calls to get the trailer hitch installed, we were given a date of 8/16/2022 at 9:00 AM to get the trailer hitch installed. I arrived at the dealership at 9:00 AM to find Randy Jackson NOT present and I was directed to the sales manager's desk. The sales manager could not locate the trailer hitch installation appointment. I was a little frustrated with the entire sales experience and told the sales manager of my frustration. I slapped the desk once with my open hand in frustration. The sales manager accused me of being rude and "threw me out of the store" and had my "name on file".... As I left the parking lot, I looked into the store to see the sales manager laughing with a co-worker through the front glass. This ENTIRE experience with Ted Russel Nissan has been less than satisfactory.
