            ON THE 6TH OF APRIL 2001 I HAD TO HAVE MY 2012 VOLKSWAGEN EOS TOWED TO THIS DEALER TO HAVE THE BATTERY REPLACED, WITH THIS CAR BECAUSE OF THE COMPUTER YOU CANNOT OR AT LEAST I WAS TOLD NOT TO JUMP START THE CAR SO I HAD IT TOWED, DUE TO A DEAD BATTERY THE CAR WOULD NOT UNLOCK THE KEY HAD TO BE USED TO UNLOCK THE CAR, AND TO UNLOCK THE CAR YOU HAVE TO REMOVE A SMALL COVER ON THE KEY SLOT IN THE DOOR HANDLE, THIS WAS DONE AND THE SMALL KEY COVER WAS LEFT IN THE SMALL TRAY RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE GEAR SHIFT, THE DEALER SERVICE THEN WASHED A VACUUMED THE CAR AND THEY VACUUMED THE PART UP, I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES MY HUSBAND CALLED ALL THEY WOULD DO IS DENY IT AND TELL ME THEY NEVER HAD ANYTHING STOLE ANT REFUSED TO REPLACE TO KEY COVER AFTER SENDING THEM OVER 10 EMAILS WITH NO REPLY THIS IS MY ONLY ROUTE TO RESOLVE THIS
