              A Bell canada rep approached me in May/24 & offered bell services which I agreed to but subsequently refused. The services were NEVER initiated. I tried to contact bell to inform them of this but there was no mechanism TO RESPOND to the RELENTLESS messages I rec’d from them! ***** ** *** ** *** ********* ** **********. After receiving a BILL ( dated July 01/24)! for non existent services I attempted once again to contact Bell. After finally reaching their agent ** *** *********** yesterday 01/06/24 I understood that the matter was resolved only to have a Bell technician arrive at my door this morning!!!!! Please help me to resolve this. The account # they gave me is *********. THANK YOU.

              ** * *** **** ** **** ****** * ****** Two weeks ago I had contacted Bell to see if I would be charged a cancellation fee if I cancelled my services before the contract ended and I was told there would be no cancellation fee. Today I called to cancel the service as I went with a much cheaper option only to be told there is now a cancellation fee on one of the services of $75, so I will have to cancel the services on September 22nd not to be charged a $75 cancellation fee. AND to top that off, the TV and home phone were set up on September 21st and the internet was set up on September 22nd, therefore, I have to pay one day service fee for the TV and home phone. Considering I set them all up on the same day as it was a package deal, I do not understand how they were set up on different days and if it were set up on different days that is an issue on your end and not mine and I should not be charged! I think the miscommunication and price gauging is out of control and ridiculous and would not recommend Bell to anyone! What a disappoint on the silliness of this whole situation!
