Today I called Economy Lube in Mississauga on Dixie and Dundas only to have the associate hang up on me. My call conversation was "hi is Mo in today", the associate "no"...click. Didn't even ask what I needed or if I wanted to be helped by some other associate. * *** ******** I called back and asked if he was the same person that had just hung up on me, he said yes. I asked him if that is how they now treat their customers. His response was that he has too many calls. I then drove to the location and found that Mo was in fact there and I explained what had happened. I have noticed that the establishment is not as busy anymore and couldn't figure out why, I now know why. I moved from Mississauga to Pickering and being a loyal customer and enjoying the quality of service that I have been receiving, I drive from Pickering to Mississauga when it's time to service my vehicle.
