            Date of the transaction was August 16, 2023. ORDER #****** I received a damaged picture frame that the company insists is not damaged, but rather the type of wood is rough. The frame I received has chips in the wood, which is not included in their description of the product on the page site. The image they advertise on their website does not show damage similar to mine. This business does not allow review of their products and their return/refund policy makes it nearly impossible to receive a refund. ******************************************policy *** ******** **** *** ******* *** **** ****** **** and because they say they are made custom they don't allow customers to return them. Their business ********* *** ****** *** ***** **** *********** *** I believe they should be held liable for shipping damaged products that don't match the images they advertise.
