Someone provided the wrong address for their move-in date, and they provided my address or the agent from Hydro entered the incorrect address and as a result of this, my Hydro account has been closed. I have been calling since the beginning of March 2023 to have this fixed, and they are not fixing this issue. The first time I called, they said it would be about 5 days to resolve-- after 7 days not resolved, I called back the agent said there were no memos from my call, so she said she would have this fixed. Was told 5 days again; another 8 days went by, and I call again as it is still not resolved * * ** ****** **** ** *** *** **** ***** ** *** ****** ***** She said no memos again. * *** ****** *** ****** **** **** ***** *** ***** **** * ******* She said 5-10 days this time. Now it is mid-April, and I called again she saw the memos, but they had a storm, so all work was stopped... **** ***** ** *****. **** ****** **** **** **** ***** ** *** ***** ** ** ***** **** ** *** ********* ** ****** On my second attempt to get an update, they said they had to contact the Owner of my house and placed me on hold to do this. I told him I was the owner and I live here, and I'm not renting it or moving out. I just wanted my Hydro re-activated. This has been ongoing for a month, and apparently, this was set up back in Jan-2023 to deactivate as of March 1st. My Hydro account number is **** **** **** under my name of ***** ******* at *** ******* ** ******** ***** ** *** ***. My last bill was billed from Jan 13th to Feb 1st-2023 for the amount of $95.61. I want this re-activated in my name, and Hydro or whoever can cover the Hydro charges from Feb 1st until it is reactivated in my name. * ** *** **** ** ** ****** *** ******* **** *********
