            Van's Fence installed a fence without having a survey done. The employees working for Van's Fence guessed and used another neighbor's fence to guide their installation. The neighbor's fence whom they used as their guide was installed 2 inches within their property line. This meant that Van's Fence employees dug holes onto the neighboring property several inches damaging their sprinkler line in 2 places and their auto mower line in several places. When confronting the employees, they were disrespectful and rude saying "it wasn't their problem and the lines were on the other person's property". When the neighbor asked to speak with the owner, ******, he refused saying this wasn't his problem. The Damage caused was a total of $325. They halted work on the fence, the neighbor found the property line proving they had been digging on the neighbor's property. A letter was mailed to them the week of July 12, 2021 asking for reimbursement of the damage they did but with no response.

            From the initial contact to the completion of the job ************ was top notch! Their employees were extremely courteous, professional and their workmanship was outstanding! We debated on a four or five foot rod iron fence and they provided us quotes for both with no pressure. We are extremely happy and satisfied with everything they did. We chose the five foot and it looks amazing. We will recommend Vans Fence to everyone!
