            On 2/8, ********* appraisals contacted me to conduct my appraisal. ********* appraisals is contracted through United States Appraisal. We agreed that 2/12 was a date that I was available for the appraisal at 10 am. After the appraisal, I received an email on 2/14/22 from United States Appraisals that the appraisal would be completed on 2/18. I followed up on 2/18, and they advised that they had not heard from ********* Appraisal and would reach out to get an ETA. I proceeded to reach out on 2/19, 2/21, 2/22, and I was finally advised on 2/22 that the appraisal was completed and, pending any revisions, the report would be sent to *** ******** ******* after final review has taken place. I recently had an appraisal done on 1/6/2022 with a different company, and it came back on 1/8/2022 two days later for a value of $420,000. My lock date is fast approaching, and I need this resolved as soon as possible.

            I paid a lot of money to have a house we were trying to purchase. Try appraiser they sent out verbally abusive to the selling agent. She told the selling agent that she hates going to these f$@&ing country properties. She was clearly biased. As soon as this happened she was reported to ** appraisals. Of course the appraisal came in over 40k under what the lowest comp was for the area. My lender reached out for reconsideration and they blow her off. This is not a company to use. They clearly do not so their due diligence to make sure they are sending some one who knows the area and is not biased. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
