I purchased a stove from Glenn's appliance under false pretenses. I was told that the stove was a brand new stove that had a dent of which I had purchased a refrigerator that was new with a dent that had a manufacturer warranty along with all the signs showing it was new from them on the past so when they told me the stove was new with a dent what I received was a stove that smoked when you turned it on and showed signs of use along with corrosion. I contact the store when I saw this and I told the first lady I spoke with who was nice and very cordial about my experience with the stove and she told me she would have the owner to return my call within 1-3 business days and about fifteen minutes later a lady called from the store sounding very delusional and real combative so I explained to her that the item was misrepresented because the signs of use were blatantly obvious and so she preceded to tell me that they only sell used items even after I told her that sales agent told me differently along with the fact that I purchased new refrigerator about 2yrs ago and that she needed to update and explain that to her staff not the customer after they purchased the item while being told the item was new meaning never been used. I mean maybe if the sales rep would have told me it was used and I chose it I can see her points but this whole transaction was dishonest and all I want is return of my money. So I can purchase my stove from reputable company who actually care about it's customers not another company setup to deceive and trick it's customers and then hide behind their no refund policy. The rep told me it was new and it had a dent which is why bought the item and he didn't say that about all the items in the store so it was evident he was trying to decieve me in order to sell the stove and the fact the lady felt it was so important to disrespect me as person and didn't go above and beyond to fix this pretty shows me the type of company they have become.
