In October of **** gutter and down spouts we put on my house and garage, the owner had told me he would also be putting up drip ****, I had no idea what that was . The following year during a heavy down pour I noticed the water was coming between the house and gutters, I contacted the owner of gutter company and he said the gutters must be full. I have no trees in my yard or close to my house. I had the gutters cleaned and there was some debrie on the end without gutter. Next time there was a heavy down pour I looked and it was still coming between house and gutter I called the owner and he sent out a couple workers. The next time it rained the same thing happened. (I had a roofer look at gutters and he said I had no drip edge, the gutter wasnt slanting so rain wouldnt flow to downspout, gutter was put up with nails and nails are pulling out and this is going to cause significant damage to home. ) I told owner this and he said he would send someone to look at it. It rained again and the same thing happened, I called owner and he said his guys looked at it (he told me the day) and he was told there is drip edge and everything else is right. I pulled my camera video for the day his guys came, they did not come here. It rained and I called and was told if we have to come out there and your gutters clogged u will be charged. I figured he would lie if I had him come here. I had a gutter company give me an estimate and was told all gutters need taken down, drip edge needs put up and gutters need put up correctly. I havent called the owner again. I feel that because I am a single female this company felt there was no need to fix the problem so they acted like my gutters are fine.
