    Very unprofessional, horrible communication the whole time and if we hadn’t paid for a full paint job we definitely would have never taken the car back as many times as we had too trying to get there mess ups fixed! We have had nothing but disappointment with them painting our 79 Camaro. There where still many many imperfections in the paint that needed repaired with there warranty and so my husband decided to take it back and have it fixed for the 3rd time the car is WAY WORSE than before we brought the car back. We had to leave the car now for the 4th time fast forward to today my husband received an email the car was done. I was pointing out all the issues and Eric decided to come out side and was RUDE !! I am an upset customer and absolutely allowed to point out the imperfections in the job that was supposedly fixed. He was so rude I got my husband on the phone to hear how he was treating me! I told him I wanted to just take the car bc we do not want them messing it up anymore than they already had. He said you can’t take the car without paying I said ok how much .. he told me he didn’t have time for my nonsense “WOW” yep he said that! I asked how much again the owner said from the back room I owed nothing ! Well he Then finally spouted off you owe $150. Then he escalated again and said since I wasn’t paying I couldn’t have the car I did point out the owner said I owe nothing and at this point all I wanted to do was pay and leave . He proceeded to be as rude as possible and proceeded to tell me I was not getting the car and if I wanted it to call the police !! Over $150 I was happy to pay to get the car out of there so they couldn’t mess it up any more! So I had to call the police . Finally they gave the keys to the officer and released the car. Very unprofessional, horrible communication the whole time and if we hadn’t paid for a full paint job we definitely would have never taken the car back as many times as we had too.

    The number 1 problem here, Danny sent his wife in inspect of which we did not have the conversation with her at drop off. So immediately she saw things that we did that we discussed with Danny and became very loud and belligerent of which immediately put us on the defense not knowing how upset she was with the job we had done overall. Then she saw a few other things that was not brought to our attention that we had known we would have addressed her concerns. We offered to take care of the problems. She denied that service. Shortly after we did the car Danny sent us a picture of receiving a trophy getting 10th out of 300 cars. So, if the job was bad I can hardly believe that he would have gotten a trophy. All along Danny never let on he was unhappy until this last repair that we did and yes I wasn't happy either but was willing to make things right.
