Do NOT order anything from Herff Jones!!! We ordered graduation announcements in October, and we still haven't received them, and my daughter graduates in 2 weeks! They are making a ton of money off of their ineptitude as you cannot receive a refund on personalized items, which the majority of their products are personalized!!! I wish I could post this with ZERO stars, because 1 star is way too generous for this company!

I ordered my cap and gown for $120, never got an order confirmation email and it never arrived either

I ordered my graduation announcements, and I ordered 40 of them for $185.00. I am graduating with my doctorate in December, and I was excited to order the announcements to send to my family and friends. I was shocked to receive them quickly because it said it would take several weeks. I was appalled by the sheer c*** quality when I opened the box. They look like someone printed them off on the office printer. The envelopes are cheap and flimsy, and the announcement itself isn't even embossed. I showed my mother the announcement, and she thought it was the proof---not the actual announcement. The school's seal is a muted gold, and it looks dingy. These announcements do not look professional, and it upsets me that I have worked so hard for this degree, and I am embarrassed to send the announcements out. I was hoping for the beautiful embossed lettering and linen-quality envelopes. Now, I have a box of announcements on my desk...and it disgusts me to even look at them. If I had known the quality of these invitations, I would have printed them myself (because that is what it looks like anyway) or found another company to print them. Announcements are non-refundable, and I now understand why. They would be sent back. After seeing the announcements, my friends who are graduating with me have opted not to purchase them from Herff Jones.

Had my class ring officially sized by one of their associates. She measured my ring size wrong so the ring was too tight. Did not know the white gold contained nickel and had an allergic reaction to that. Now, they won't refund me or make me a new ring with a higher white gold quality. I would have ordered the higher white gold price if they would give me what I paid for my ring. Biggest regret for such a huge accomplishment and now I have a ring I cant wear. Terrible experience would never recommend. Go to a local jeweler.

Ordered a class ring for my son in 2020. Never received it. Was told in 2021 that I would receive a refund. Never received it. Now I can't get a response to my emails on if I am even going to get that. I paid in full over $500. My son is out his class ring and I am out all that money. I don't think they deserve even a 1 star rating

Terrible customer service... actually no customer service. I tried to order my son's ring online his junior year. It kept giving me an error. I couldn't reach them on the phone. I got a non helpful response via email. So I didn't order one. Fast forward to Senior year. I went up to the school to order cap and gown. Paid the $80 there and paid the remaining balance online. Now they are saying I still owe the remaining balance. Also his gown had spots on it. Would never recommend them. Would give zero stars if I could.

This company is the worst, I ordered grad invitations April 6th, by May 20th they still werent here. You cant get anyone on the phone to help. They dont respond to emails. I tried multiple times ti get help with no avail. I have a younger son and friends with kids still left to graduate. Never would I recommend they use this company for anything.

Don't buy nothing from them!!! One of the worst companies to do business with. They have 0 customer service skills. They take no responsibility for their products. They hide behind delivery to the schools. First the school is not the company I ordered from, paid, or is responsible for the creation and delivery of a product. They take your money and that's it. I ordered an Inscription and paid for an Inscription, but my daughter has to settle for a sticker with her name on it instead because they refuse to take the book back to do it right. I will never order anything from this company again. ********************** or time! I wish that the ******* Schools that use Herff Jones would order from some other company.

I sent my college class ring back to Herff Jones in ************ for repairs. The ring was nearly 30 years old and had quite a bit of damage. It took about a month but the ring arrived today and looks better than it did when brand new. I also want to thank their customer service agent, *****, who was terrific to work with!
