            We signed a contract and gave them $2000.00 for a down payment. They have not been very customer friendly or helpful. We knew we needed some repairs on our siding and *** said that their contractor ****** would come out and give us an estimate on the repairs. They refuse to give us a written estimate and we will not be able to use them on this fact alone. Besides that, their customer service is absolutely rude and condescending. The salesperson ************************* portrayed Rhino Shield as a much different company than the way we are being treated. There is no one to speak to at Rhino Shield that could help us, that I could find. There is nowhere to leave a review on any of their sites either.

            Had my home painted by this company here in **************** in August of 2018. We had a few areas that have chipped and pealed off of our stucco around the windows and on the north face of the house after a year. I contacted them to come out and have the areas repaired, and they told me the damage was weather related and their warranty doesn't cover "acts of nature". They said they would have a 5 gal bucket of the paint delivered to the house so I could make the repairs myself but wouldn't warranty any of the repairs done by me. I have never received any 5 gallon paint as of yet. I now have more pealing and chipping of the coating due to our wonderfull **************** weather. I have reached out to them over the last 2 months thru email and multiple phone messages (they Never answer the phone) with absolutely no response.When you spend $31,883.00 on a product to protect your home from the weather, and the company will not cover damage caused by the weather, it makes you realize you have been sold snake oil. Steer clear unless you have an extra 32k burning a hole in your pocket.
