On 9/14/21 I made a payment to Church,Church and Hittle for past due ********************** fees. I was under the understanding that I was paid in full. I receive another **** on 10/1/21 for $585 from Southern Dunes ***. I tried to call Mgroup -the property management group for Southern Dunes *** many times . If *********************** would return my call she would let it ring 1x and hang up , to show a recorded call. I emailed at least 3 x trying to find out why Im getting charged again.NO RESPONSE. On 1/1/22 I receive another **** for $845.00 again no response from M group. I also received a lien on my property dated 1/1/22 and filed 12/22/21. I had also received corespondence from Church, Church and Hittle. I call the law firm and my initial payment was not recorded by them on 9/16/21 for $560. I technically had a lien put on my house for being 1 payment behind in January( due 1/1/22) . I had to pay a total of $110 in fees associated with the filing of this lien. I asked for those fees back and the attorney ******************* said he would have to ask the *** if they will refund those fees? He said they may or may not?? I shouldnt have had those fees in the first place it was his law firm that carelessly filed the lien and did not have good bookkeeping to record my payment of $ $560 on Sept 14,2021. I feel that the Law firm of Church Church and Hittle is not doing honest work as well as ******************.
