      Took my truck here because my regular mechanic could not figure out what was wrong with it, Eastgate had it a whole day and could not figure it out called and said they would have to do some reference called me next day said I needed a cat.converter $ ******* and couple of oxygen sensors total **** $2331.27 told them to go ahead and fix it called me said truck was ready but still needed a muffler it was clogged too so it was still running a liitle rough but it would be good after I got muffler replaced I decided to take somewhere else to get muffler so it would be cheaper picked my truck up did not even make it out of parking lot it died 3 times so left it there they replaced spring valve and gasket on cylinder head $324.87. Picked truck up went straight to muffler shop guy said nothing wrong with muffler thank goodness he was honest could have been out more at Eastgate if they would have replaced it. Drove my truck a total of 4 days started doing same thing took it to my regular mechanic didn't want to trust Eastgate after told me needed a new muffler my mechanic had it a few months trying to figure it out he works alone so had to work on other vehicle to continue to make money he fixed it was ignition switch and he replace battery connectors cheap fix. Went back to Eastgate to see if they would compensate me mechanic said switch could not have been problem well it's running great now went home looked on internet said that could be problem took papers and showed them , took 3weeks for them tell me they would not do anything because I should have brought it back to them (so they could **** me off again) and it had been 4 months and my truck has almost ***** miles on it don't understand what mileage has to do with anything they didn't have a problem taking my money! No where on paper work does it say they tested cat. I think they just guessed at it. When you write a review store manager response just so he seems like he is concerned he does nothing!!

      *******************, I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. I do believe that you had this vehicle at another independent shop and that they could not fix it and advised you to bring it to us. The oxygen sensors were completely clogged on your vehicle, which in return clogged the catalytic converter. As soon as we removed the clogged O2 sensors off your vehicle, the truck started right up. Due to your vehicle having almost ******* miles, we also have to consider that with higher mileage, the likelihood of your vehicle having issues would increase. I sincerely apologize that you feel this way as previously stated. I would also say, if there was another issue with the vehicle and you had just spent that much money on it after you picked it up, why wouldn't you call and talk to either the service manager or myself and address the problem. I try to treat every customer as I would like to be treated or as a family member of mine, but those items needed to be addressed and fixed for your vehicle to run correctly. Like you said, the vehicle ran when you picked it up and ran for a couple days.       Took my Dodge Challenger in for a simple oil change on May 25,2022 When they came to get me for payment and general information about my car and their inspection. I was told that I have a oil leak and should schedule a follow up with a mechanic.I left puzzled since my car is a 2019 and like brand new and has less then ***** miles.So I called back to asked for the service advisor to send me a picture of the leak since she was shown the leak by the service technician's phone. Once receiving it i was very concern so I jacked up my car and got under to find that there is no leak! at all. The under body was almost like new since I do not drive this car in the winter.I called and explained to the service manager what had happened and sent him the pictures I took of my oil pan and the picture I received from the service advisor. I asked for nothing no money back or free oil change. I just wanted to know why and how this could happen so that i could feel trust the next time i have service. Seven days no response

      Misleading! I bought a 2015 vehicle with bumper to bumper warranty. The vehicle just bent a rod from shifting from 8 cylinders to 4. So the dealership gave me a quote of $5600.00 so I said I had bumper to bumper warranty. I change my oil every **** mile with the manufacture saying it good for ****. The warranty is no good cause it says to change every ******* and than I find out it doesnt even cover. The cost of repair if it did give me warranty it only would cover $3000. I would watch out for extended warranty from this dealership. Misleading and I have reached out to general manager twice this week with return call! Never buy another vehicle from this place.I understand people will say I should have read fine print, and I agree but when manufacturer of this vehicle recommends ****, a warranty should cover it and further more when a individual is sold bumper to bumper on engine and transmission the warranty should cover all cost to those parts! I will and can pay for this work but I know some people cant afford this hit so Im bringing my experience to everyone.
