            On 4/8/2022, Royal Contruction was paid $35K to complete and addition and renovate our kitchen. They began the project about two weeks before completing the foundation. On 4/9/2022, we found out that the addition that suppose to be 10 x 15 according to the plan was accually 9 x 15. The company rep mentioned nothing about this discrepancy when we met for payment the day before. On 4/11/2022, I called a meeting with the designer, architect and Royal. The company rep agreed to meet on 4/12/2022 @ 1:30pm. The Royal rep did not show up. The last work done on the structure was 4/23. The addition foundation, framing, roofing and wrap has been completed. Royal rep scheduled a meeting for 5/2/2022 to discuss the flooring installation. But they did not show up. On 5/3/2022, the Royal rep was text to cease from making any purchases for the project and was asked to provide copies of receipts for items purchased or ordered but not yet used on the project. There has been no response from Royal. So we have not been able to come to an agreement.

            They don't even deserve 1 star (BBB mandatory) due to the unnecessary permanent, collateral damage that **************** did to our property and then Royal bailed-out on the completion of the job when I confronted one of the Royal owners about my displeasure with the situation.
