The gnc located on 105 are horrible!! Selling lemon cars that will blow up on you in a couple months and then will do nothing to help you. The owner David is so rude and will blame everything on you and insult and be little you when you try to talk to him! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! Worst experience ever!!!

Jessica, thank you for submitting this review. I checked our records and don’t see an account under your name. After speaking with David, who is the manager at the 105 location, he said you are referring to an account under the name of Bobbie ******* for a 2009 Dodge Journey. The Journey was purchased in October 2022. In the 9 months from October to June the vehicle was driven over 13,000 miles according to our system. In those 9 months and 13,000 miles we were never informed the vehicle was giving you any trouble. So how are we selling you a lemon? David said when it was brought into his location early in June that the motor was damaged due to the vehicle being driven with no oil. When David explained that the vehicle would need a new motor and that it was driven without oil he was told by you or Bobbie that the vehicle just had an oil change. While it is not always the case, that would usually lead a person to think that maybe the person who performed the oil change may have been at fault, not begin yelling at our employee that we sold them a broken vehicle. It was not broken before the oil change; we can see you were driving it regularly. Therefore, I fail to see how it is our fault the engine failed. Maintenance and repair issues are the customer’s responsibility according to the contract. We were also told that David did try to offer help with a few suggestions. We could put a new motor in the car, which you would be responsible for the cost of. Or we can put you in a different vehicle, you would just need to provide a new down payment.
