I have had the pleasure of working with Jacob Cho THREE TIMES now for home inspections, and I couldn't be happier with each experience. From start to finish, Jacob demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to ensuring our peace of mind throughout the inspection process. He is particularly mindful of shortcuts builders can take or defects they may try to find when it comes to new builds! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, True professional of his craft. I am new to the Houston area and Me and my Family recently got a house built. Jacob arrived and did an inspection that honestly blew me always . I had Mr. Jacob returned to my home for inspection before my warranty expired. As always, his professionalism and detail are no doubt unquestionable. He pointed out the areas that need to be repaired, and suggested what have to be paid attention to. I'm looking forward to have Jacob again in the future, and I do highly recommend him for any Home Inspection in the Houston area.Review from Maria N

If you're looking to get an honest and detailed inspection, look no further! Jacob is a great choice for your home inspection! From the beginning, he booked my appointment right away. He was super responsive to any of my questions and he was punctual on the day of inspection. When it came to the inspection he answered all of my questions and concerns. We walked around the property and he gave me his honest assessment and thanks to him I was able to make an informed decision as a first-time home buyer. Thank you, Jacob!

Jacob did my phase 2 & 3 and now builder warranty inspection. He was very thorough with his home inspection. Extremely informative and gave me lots of very valuable advise on how to maintain your house. He walk the house and patiently explained what he found and suggestions. Jacob is the BEST inspector I have ever used HANDS DOWN!!! He is extremely thorough and truly knows his craft. I would recommend him to inspect a home for my mother and you should too. He takes all the time he needs and for the two hours he was at my home he zipped in and out of the house, he climbed onto the roof and in the attic. I would bet if the home had a moat full of alligators he would jump in and inspect their teeth. All jokes aside, you MUST use his services and you will be glad you did. THANK YOU JACOB!! Great Job!!! This was my first time using Jacob for a home inspection. I am a first time homebuyer and was really nervous about the entire home buying process. Jacob came in and was very professional and explained everything thoroughly that he would be doing. He even supplied us with a book that was very helpful on inspecting of our home. Jacob inspected our home and provided all of his findings in a detailed review the same night to our builder. So very fast turnaround! Jacob noticed so many things that we probably would have never noticed until it became a problem. I am so happy I went with Jacob for inspecting my home. Learned a few things too! Thank you Jacob!
