Incomplete install and repair of parts that found broken upon installation. About 8 weeks ago I agreed to have Pella install 3 windows in my home. The installers were great, their manager came to the house during the install- he was great. Problem is one window had broken balancers which had to be ordered to replace. Schedule was to have the balancers installed once they arrived from factory- in 6 weeks They arrived but Pella backed off the schedule for two more weeks- now 8 weeks from install. The service tech arrived early last week -great guy- but the new balancers broke during replacement. They had to be reordered- but luckily Pella had a spare set available. Now and after many many phone calls Pella cant seem to get the tech back here to complete the service How many more weeks to repair what they say is the best windows available? Haven't filed a complaint, yet I do see a complaint already on file is essentially the same/ similar issueReview from Jane A

I'd actually give them one quarter of a star for their effort to fix their mess. I have been dealling with an incomplete PELLA double entry door for 15 months. I have made multiple attempts to get a strike plate for my $5000 double entry doors that i had purchased thru Lowe's. Lowe's had tried to erectify the issue in the beginning... we received 3 different parts 3 separate times and each were the wrong part. I then contacted the dealership on Fallbrook thinking they would know which part to order. They had no better luck! Being a direct dealership you would think they would know the proper part number but they too ordered the wrong part TWICE!!!! they are no longer answering my emails ( many in fact...I have them all) . They won't even speak to me, instead they text....how professional. It has been 15 months since install...the doors have to be locked in order to close well enough to prevent loss of air conditioning/heat... I'm spending money cooling and/or heating my home as well as the great outdoors. Why is it so difficult for Pella to find the right part to complete my door...and don't they dare try to blame LOWE'S. They are the only ones trying to help.

Appreciate this issue being brought forward. We have identified the problem and it was related to a mid-year product line change by Pella which is rare. The correct parts have been ordered, and will be resolved in the near future.
