Decking, coping, waterfall does not have enough pressured, cracks in outdoor wall… no repairs done!! One Email exchange with Supreme Pools: Hi, The chipping has occurred all over the decking. We want a new solution for the decking not anymore small patches. What if we wanted to clean it in the future and used a power washer? If it was you brand new pool and decking would you approve of this or attempt to wash it with a power washer? This is not acceptable. The coping should not be cracked either. Supreme has responsive to emails from Mitchell. The biggest concern for her home has been the stamped concrete sidewalk. Supreme has been out multiple times as well as sending the subcontractor that did the work. Both Supreme and the subcontractor have told Mitchell that the problem is a lawn mower is being driven over the stamped concrete, damaging the finish. There are tire tracks near the area as well as grass embedded in the damaged areas. Most of the chipped/damaged area are on the edges, where the blades of the mower make contact as the stamped concrete is driven over. Other areas on the deck that are damaged are from dragging items across the deck. Mitchell admitted that a Treager grill has been dragged across the decking, damaging it. Damages being caused are due to negligence. Another mentioned concern is grout/mortar on the outdoor kitchen. It is not uncommon for structures to settle and have slight hairline gaps. That is easily mended. There are two coping pieces that have cracks. Both are located on the corner(s) of the pool and cut at a 45-degree angle. They display cracks where the two points meet. The crack follows through both stones. This shows that something was dropped on those stones. Supreme’s relationship with Mitchell is tainted. Mitchell is disingenuous and misrepresents what is happening at their residence. Supreme cannot continually return to repair damages on deck caused by neglect.
