Complaint about Kingwood Pressure Washing-service date 10-26-21 They advertise efflorescence removal, some returned within a few days They advertise 100% customer satisfaction- This is absolutely not the case in my situation. ** *** ****** ** ***** ******** ***** ** ************. Initially, he was great but after his employee damaged our brick I witnessed is a bunch of lies, rudeness, condescending, disrespectful, and dismissiveness from Mr *** 10-26-21- He didn’t call me to discuss my concerns and issues – his employee indicated Mr. *** would call me once he arrived at his office that same day. Two days went by and I finally called Mr. Orr... 10-27-21 I called him because I hadn’t heard from him. See attachment where he said his employee should not have pressure washed the brick. 10-29-21 He arrived to my home. He observed the brick. He dismissed what I told him happened, did not take any accountability in any way, I offered video and he wouldn’t look at the video to prove high pressure washing, he instead said he’s seen it because he said he accessed my video camera (which is illegal), I expect him to LIE and deny that statement as well, he stumped off multiple times during our exchange, said he would not pay to replace the brick but would pay to put tile on the brick which in my opinion is a gesture that he feels his employee did some damage. This also shows he’s trying to dictate the narrative and do what he wants to do. That’s controlling activity. Bottom line his employee damaged our brick. Note, his employee was at my home for multiple hours maybe 3-4 and pressure washed and scrubbed my brick for 7-8 efflorescence applications (per the employee). That much activity will definitely damage the brick surface and cause lots of divots. 11-9-21 I sent him an email letting him know a brick professional came by and said that the bricks will not need to be replaced a repair will do. Mr *** said he would not pay toward brick or tile, He lied to me again.
