I purchased a mattress 12/30. Noah promised delivery Tues 12/20. Automated system promised delivery 12/20 am in a text 12/19 am. A phone call late afternoon 12/19 cancelled delivery until after holiday, I objected, they promised Saturday 12/23, then 12/22. No notification on 12/21, so I call, staff looks me up, no delivery planned, but they promise 12/22. Crickets 12/22 til I call late afternoon. They act surprised, look me up, and promise 12/23 delivery. Crickets 12/23 til I call 2pm. Surprised, they look me up again, say they can't help til after holiday. I ask for my money back. They ask for enough time to call someone in to do the delivery. I refuse because I've already missed holiday time with family, and am late to a gathering. And I ask for my money back, as I have lost trust in the company's product. Noah calls, invoking the restocking fee, offering delivery within 15 minutes. I state firmly but politely that I'm sad at missing family plans 3 days that week, and his offering will make me miss another gathering, I'm already late. And I don't trust their promises any more and want my money back. He says to come in Tuesday for a check, never stating clearly how much would be refunded. I arrive Wed. 12/27, he says I misunderstood, he meant New Year's Tuesday. To confirm the new date I ask what day I should arrive for my check, he says Thur or Friday. I say Thursday Jan4, he says yes. I have small claims form ready to file if check for full amount is not available to me Jan4.
