    This is a POV for Who NOT to Use - INDOOR COMFORT EXPERTS Our AC went out last Tuesday, and was called into our **** ****** Warranty company. The earliest they could fit us in was this morning, OK, not the best news but didn’t have a choice. Yes, Hurricane Beryl hit yesterda, but I did receive a text from them confirming our service for this morning. When I got up to start work this morning, around 7 am, noticed that our WiFi & cell service wasn’t working so I called them to let them know that the cell number they had wasn’t working & gave them my work cell that was working to call if they had any questions & that we did have electricity (we have a generac generator). Never received a call back, tried calling several more times hoping to get a person to talk to, never did. Finally at shortly past 11 am called the supervisor number that was part of their voicemail since our appt time was between 8 am & noon. Was very disappointed with his comments. He said their cell phone service was out so they were calling from their personal cells to everyone with appointments. If there was no answer, they cancelled the service appointment. I expressed how I was trying to be proactive knowing we just had a devastating hurricane. By this time my personal cell phone was once again working. He wasn’t sure when we’d be put back on the schedule. My husband called him back & expressed his displeasure that we’ve been waiting a week for service in 90+ degree heat. He did say it was bull**** that our appointment was cancelled after 1 failed attempt to contact us. Fast forward to 3:00 still no reply so I called him back to confirm if we would be on the schedule for tomorrow and was told that he cancelled the work order since my husband said bull**** to him. If I hadn’t called him back, could have been waiting for days for service that was never coming. This is not a good way to run a business, I work from home so not having air is a 24/7 problem for me.
