staffs and managers really hard to work to disconnect my mom service while during her relocate to senior nursing. It looks like they lure people to sign up contract within a minute but it takes several weeks to disconnect the service. V247 sold my account without notice. Only found out after my power was disconnected and calling in to report an outage. The sale of my contract was so poorly done that they didn't even provide my phone number to the new company who I had flagged as spam as I did not do business with them.Review from Ashley T

This company is disgrace. Some issue as others, they sold my account to some other company. Now i am getting disconnected notice. When contacted they insisted i was informed via mail and email , never received any of those just like others.Review from Jared H

Same experience as others. Switched to another provider with no warning or notice whatsoever from either V247 or new provider. Unacceptable!Review from Herb H

Can't believe that Texas electricity regulators would allow this kind of crap from V247. No notice. Dropped my coverage and -- apparently, because I never received notice from them -- sold or transferred my account to another electricity provider. Never again...Review from Jared C

Without notice now I am a ******** ***** customer. What the heck happened to V247? Tried to call V247 without any luck then I called ******** ***** and found out V247 was bought out.
