            Date:08/30/2021 Amount:$2700 I signed up for awnings at Sunsetter.com and they sent Tom from Discount Contractors came in to measure and we paid him. His installers came after month and couldn’t fit it as it was long. When I contacted Tom, he said there is no return policy and just ignored me. I disputed the charge and then said nothing can be done and I need to sign new contract. He is a fraud and am not willing to do any business with him. I am still waiting to get my refund.

            It’s was a bad experience for us to purchase awning from discount contractors. They told us 2-3 weeks for delivery but it takes 5 weeks for delivery, after installed the awning collapsed in two weeks I called them and they said we need to pay 150.00 for service charge. I called my contractor it’s turned out that installed from discount contractors missing 2 bolt at each bracket total of 10 bolts missing that it’s why the awning collapsed and discounted contractors never called us back. Bad contractor bad installation I don’t recommend this company to anyone.
