    On Monday, August 27th, I took my car in to have the 2nd recall performed on my car but also for a warranty issue that was identified back when I had the first Recall back on July 27th. I was told that parts were ordered to replace the struts on my new car but they could not do the repair now because of that and that my car was safe to drive. I have called over 10 times and spoken with various people at the service department and each time I get no answer or incomplete answers. I am now on day 4 without my car and having to Uber and get rides from co-workers because of this issue. I was informed today that the dealership had to order a new axel for my vehicle that does not even have 18,000 miles on it. This is a major issue. What is worse is that I am informed that the parts needed are on back-order and there is no ETA and they do not have a loaner car. What I am supposed to do? I am paying for a brand new car that cannot be driven and there is nothing being offered to help with my transportation needs to get to and from work. Even worse is that there is no ETA on when I will get my car back. I have been sold a defective car with major issues and this is both disappointing and upsetting. This is day 4 and no one has called me back to provide an update or assistance with transportation or an ETA of when the repair will be complete. Please help!

    I own a Mitsubishi and Hyundai was servicing for both. This was the second time I came in. I went back in October only to be told they didn’t have the parts they needed to do my 100k service. They said they would call me back once the parts came. Four months later I called to get the service done, I ended up calling again to verify if they even had the spark plugs . They didn’t have them so I also got the spark plugs. I had a service light come on and I was told that diagnostics were a two week wait. So I said I would skip that. Keep in mind I made an appointment for 11:30 that morning And I arrived at 10 Due to some items getting done early. Thought it would help. 3.5 hours later i went back to ask if my car was being worked on. Hadn’t even made it to the service bin. Then after 4 hours plus it was put in. Only to be told at 3:15 it would take 4 hours more and they wanted me o charge me for putting in the spark plugs that I bought, another $700 and they didn’t even have the belt I needed to complete the service. Needless to say I told them to give me car back. I won’t be going back. They just lost a customer who had been loyal to them for over 10 years.
