I left a poor review on 1/24 and DeMontrond’s service team did make a great effort to correct the poor service from before. They went above and beyond to make things right. Thanks for showing that you care!

Worst customer service and lack of communication. I needed new axel sensors covered under warranty. The parts finally came in so I called to make an appointment. Was not able to talk to anyone so I went through their system to make an appointment. Selected the "stay and wait" option so I didn't have to drop my car off and be without a car. Put in their notes section that I would like to know how long it will take. Two days later I show up to the appointment and the service tech tells me I need to leave the car for two days! I question why, especially since I selected the "stay and wait" option and he literally replied "oh I should have checked that". No offer of a ride, no loaner car, nothing. Why have a system set up to ask these questions if you don't bother to use it? Also, leaving my car for two days for less than a days worth of work is ridiculous. I asked for an option to schedule out further so I could get the work done while I wait and apparently that's not an option. If I were you I'd find another option than DeMontrand.
