I had a keen interest in owning an Infiniti coupe. After settling into my career, I decided it was time to act on said interest. I thought I came across a decent q60 coupe; but, I was wrong. Due to the disgusting behavior of the employees at ClearLake Infiniti I will never own an Infiniti. To begin with, I did not appreciate the service manager Jeremy telling me how owning an infiniti is like joining an exclusive country club. Due to the nature and history of country clubs, I could care less. Jeremy also went on to say that my advisor Valentino would keep me updated on details of the car. Valentino never kept me updated on anything and when I contacted him he was brash and unorganized. I contacted Valentino around 7:15 pm during the week, he was incredibly nasty and acted like he knew nothing of what I asked him about. He stated, “ what car are you talking about” and when asked if the car was available he stated, “I don’t know, I’ve been busy all day.” He abruptly ended the called and texted me later in the night with information regarding a completely different vehicle. Valentino’s behavior struck me wrong, but I really wanted the car. Rodrigo was another rude individual, who lacke principles; hence, the reason he didn’t get the sale he wanted. Lastly, the most vile of them all was the finance manager Brian. Brian walked in with an unpleasant demeanor. He spewed rates that were not discussed with Rodrigo. Then Brian made a snide remark, “are ya’ll going to come up with some more money to put down.” Brian insinuated that my little $3,000 was nothing and I needed to come with more as if money was an issue. The issue was that I discussed a number with Rodigo and Brian came in with his bogus rates and saddity attitude. I am so glad Brian treated me the way he did and that I was able to see how business is conducted at ClearLake. I am glad that I didn’t go through with the sale. I will keep my little 3 grand and the rest of my little money I can come up with.
