I read all the fantastic reviews and I don't and cannot feel the same way about any of them. The technician didn't run any diagnostic on the AC unit before he offered a remedy. He tells me that it needs freon. Then he says once he puts freon in the unit the house (2400 sq ft) will cool in 10 minutes. He repeats over and over again not to worry because my house will be cool in 10 minutes after he fills it up with freon. He tells me that my unit holds 400lbs of freon which it only holds 10lbs. When I ask him "what are you charging for freon?" he doesn't answer. Afterwards, he changes his narrative to freon won't help my unit. There's nothing he can do because it is so hot outside and it's overworking. While he may have offered one piece of information that aligned with what I had already been told, the technician was an absolute joke. He never stopped talking (like those sales people who talk so much they try to confuse you) and just kept going around in a circle, but every time he came back around something changed. He tried to make it better by saying they are an honest company, but the truth is actual honest people don't need to try to convince you that they are an honest company, it just shows.

If you could give the company & the technician a little bit more credit or the benefit of the doubt, we would highly appreciate that. Please be fair, & hold back on your review.
