Aloha travel has been wonderful! I love using my website to book my own rental cars, hotels, and excursions.Ive been receiving nice discounts and look forward to my next vacation tomorrow traveling ******And thank you to the customer service team, they have been amazing!

I attended a presentation by an Aloha Hawaiian Travel representative who made exaggerated claims about their program. When I asked about the cancellation policy, he dodged the question and changed the subject.I pressed him for answers, asking if booking through their portal would allow me to earn ******** rewards points. He said it was possible, describing it as "double dipping." However, when I pointed out that booking through ******* didn't allow me to use my points or maintain my status, he struggled to explain.I asked why ******** would offer points for bookings made through Aloha Hawaiian Travel, rather than directly through their own website. He claimed hotels prefer to book through their wholesale program rather than leave rooms empty, but couldn't explain how this differed from other booking platforms.Despite my concerns, the representative continued to push the product, insisting I would save money and earn more points. However, when I asked him to provide concrete examples or address my specific concerns, he became evasive and hostile.The call ended abruptly when he hung up on me without addressing my concerns or saying goodbye. I was shocked and disappointed by his behavior. It was clear he was more interested in making a sale than educating me about the product or addressing my concerns.I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend Aloha Hawaiian Travel. Your only interaction with a male representative was in the group presentation. Our speaker has to accommodate a moderately sized group of people all at once, and he has a lot of information to go over in a relatively short period of time.
We do ask that if guests have detailed questions, that they save them for after the presentation during the one on one.
You were then transferred to a woman, who was ready and able to answer any and all questions. And after you completed the webinar, you were sent your certificate gift in a timely manner for attending in a timely manner.
It is unfortunate to have received this review but respectfully, you are misunderstanding the interaction.

I would give negative stars if it was an option. Totally knew this was a scam and stupidly fell for itsomewhat at least. No way was I going to sign up for their membership. ANYTIME a business makes you commit on the spot, its an obvious red flag. I wish I wouldve looked them up before wasting my time. Too good to be true always is just that. I was told they wanted feedback on their presentation, and in exchange I would get a free 3 nights hotel stay. ****! Not the case at all! Links sent dont work and the taxes and fees needed to be paid to activate the deal is almost as much as youd pay for a hotel anyway. How can taxes and fees, which vary depending on location, be collected before the location needs to be selected? Makes no sense. Im willing to bet, there would be no availability for any of the places in the end. So, the second scam attempt isnt working on me either. It ***** that I wasted time, but at least they got no money, I hope others see this before they waste time too. Dont give them any money!! Im just going to pass this on to my attorney general. We purchased a travel membership in February 2024 and so far we have been happy with the purchase. We have been booking vacations and I always compare to Expedia and *********** and we are saving money. The free vacations we were promised have been legit and we just went through the booking process for our first one with ******** *. and she has been wonderful to work with. We couldn't get a large city as we hoped in ****** (i.e., ****** or *********), but we are staying in ******** and the hotel has great reviews. So far, the process and customer service has been excellent and we hope to get many wonderful vacations out of this travel membership!Review from Shelli B

I'm not even going to give them a star..First of all they lie at the presentation and say you're going to save all of this money on trips!Lie #1 Then they tell you you're going to get a bunch of free trips just for going to the presentation..Lie#2 Then when you call them and they say they'll call you back they never do..Lie#3 It goes on and on and on..I tried to cancel right off the bat when I realized they lied about pricing while trying to get a trip together.. The kept ignoring my calls and never got back to me!Meanwhile, I went ahead and paid anyway because of my credit that I'd work so hard for, they said they would put me in collections if I didn't pay!Now I just found out they are charging me 17% interest on top of the money. My son booked a Hawaiian vacation with ALOHA TRAVEL for himself and his wife. He bought into the club for the 2 vacation vouchers. I, his father was added to the account to utilize the ** voucher. **** was very helpful with hotel choices for **** and ******. We chose a hotel in ****************. When we arrived, there was no reservation waiting for us and the hotel was already booked full. Contacting our son, he was able to get through to ***** at Aloha Travel and fill her in on our situation. She immediately contacted us and the hotel to help rectify our dilemma. The hotel was very accommodating with giving us their spare room for the week. ***** was above and beyond with her service to us while we visited ****** and the southwest ******. She continued to be our go-to contact at Aloha Travel once we made it home. Knowing that she was a text or phone call away made it possible for us to enjoy where we were at.Review from MeganS

SCAM!!! They claimed they are with ******* and promised alot of things. The emails they sent were not accurate and they have hung up on me several times, When I finally spoke to someone they said they would have someone CALL me but I ended up getting an email stating they were not going to handle my issue or complaint. I can't seem to get anybody who can address my issues! Stay far far away from this company!!! I would be happy to work this out with the company but I can't seem to get anyone who is willing to listen.
