I closed on my newly constructed home built by Ram Homes Inc on 8/5/22. Within a couple of months we noticed that the sewer system in the garage kept going off. We were told that it was because we were using too much water at one time. Now here we are almost two years and $2537 later finding out that out septic system was not hooked up correctly. Today 7/25/22 I had ******* Plumbing to come out and fix the issue. I saw the water build up in the pipes. Eventually, it would had ended up coming up through our toilets, sinks and showers. I called Ram Homes who returned my call and told me to call ******* Electric because they hooked up the system. I called them and have filed a complaint because the owner is rude and accuses people of ruining their own systems. I called Ram Homes back and was told when the owner got in that they would be told to call me. In the meantime, I sent Randy, the owner, several emails about what was happening. At 4:35 pm I called back because I had not heard back from anyone yet. Randy answered the phone and acknowledged that he seen my emails and look further into it and call me back. Nobody wants to take responsibility for this issue. A newly constructed home should not need a new septic tank in two years if so the peopl3 need to be extremely aware the companies and lack of quality they will be receiving when purchasing these homes.
