    I can see why this business is not BBB affiliated! I've never seen such a lazy bunch of men sitting around, talking junk and snacking!! I sat there for almost 3 hours after bringing my car in which was still under warranty for the transmission, (less than 1 year) trying to find someone to give me a ride home after I dropped my car there and not one of them would offer me a ride home, nor even a cup of water while I waited!! They kept my car for 3 weeks, but never bothered to call and tell me what was going on, guess they were too busy talking?? When I finally went to pick it up they never gave me any paperwork on what they did to the car, they said they only give it to the dealership because they're the customer, so I told this liar PETE, that I was the CUSTOMER because I'm buying the car and he should have given me a copy!! He never would give me straight answers on anything I ever asked him, so I don't trust him whatsoever, mainly because he's shady!! I would have definitely gone somewhere else if it was not for the warranty being with them!!

    In reference to Review ID ****** by Mrs. ***** *******, I apologize personally if she feels like she was not satisfied with the service she received recently at Budget Transmissions. At Budget Transmissions, we take pride in treating everyone who walks in our door with respect and professionalism. As the history of our reviews and business longevity can attest, taking care of our customers is our Number #1 priority. We have been in Business for nearly 35 years, and we have prided ourselves in our work and warranty standards. The failure of a separate component on the vehicle caused a cross contamination of coolant/ water and transmission fluid that resulted in poor performance of the transmission. These types of failure will void the warranty due to our warranty only covers the transmission and not the vehicle and its other components and the failure of the vehicle and those additional components. The original work performed was for a local auto dealer (our customer) who sold the vehicle to Mrs. ******* and due to our relationship with this dealer we honored the warranty and moved forward with the necessary repairs to correct the transmission. Upon completion of the transmission repair we advised Mrs. ******* that additional inspection/ diagnoses should be performed due to an engine misfire (detected during our preliminary diagnoses) as well as our repair work negated needing radiator repair at this time. As a courtesy, I have mailed Mrs. ******* a copy of documented latest work performed, which mirrored what I have explained to her upon vehicle pick up. Again, I apologize to Mrs. ******* if she feels she didn’t get proper satisfaction at Budget Transmissions.
