If I could leave a negative rating I would. Bought 2 new front tires from the ******** Drive location, left tire had to be replaced. Not a problem. low tire light still on. Went back in, asked them about it, told me to drive it, it would go off. Less than 20 minutes later the right front tire went flat. Took more time off from work, paid to have it towed it BACK to them, only for them to tell me that they could not help me and refused to even look at it, half an hour before closing time. I even called them ahead of time to let them know. Guy at register said he was a part timer and refused to get anyone else who could help me. All the while there was someone who worked in the garage the whole time. The store was completely void of any other customers who would have been ahead of me. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. I have never, ever been treated so rudely anywhere. I understand people make mistakes but make it right with the customer, or at least pretend like youre concerned and apologetic, not like I was an inconvenience. Horrible is an understatement.
