I came in for a flat tire. They helped me very quickly and were super friendly. The team answered all of my questions and actually showed me what they needed to do to fix a tire. Thank you for taking the time to make sure your customers are taken care of. The waiting room was full and the team was friendly to everyone. Good job big o tires!!! I will be back!

I FEEL they cater to their own type of people. Meaning, if you are an outspoken woman, DO NOT FREQUENT this establishment! My husband loves Big O Tires in Hayward so he made the mistake of assuming they're all on the up and up and kind. THEY ARE NOT! We literally have spent thousands of dollars on my vehicle, NOT THAT IT MATTERS! From the very beginning, I have always been treated poorly, rudely, and disrespectfully! When I see something wrong or feel like I'm being treated unjustly, I SPEAK UP! They DO NOT like that. I am always respectful and professional. I just refuse to be spoken down to, like I am uneducated. We pay for a service and get nothing but unprofessionalism. Comments like, "there's no such thing" when I asked for my lifetime alignment to be done since they've had my vehicle now for three days for a flat tire replacement. I do not know the exact word terminology, but he knew exactly what I was speaking of because he stated, "we have a five-year alignment!". "these tires are aftermarket, they're not real" when my husband spent over $3500 on an overhaul of the suspension that they recommended. My suspension system has NEVER been the same as before. We are very well aware of what the tires are because we paid for them! "um it's called COVID, every tire shop is playing catch up for the past two years!" because I was upset about losing not two but three days of work because of their lack of follow-through. "these rims are fake someone placed a cap on them", I am very well aware of the caps being placed on them because my brother did it. "um we're not open until eight am", even though when my husband and I arrived they were fully assisting a white man before opening. When I walked in after watching them help this man they immediately stated, "um we're not open until eight am!" I respectfully stated, "no problem", as my husband and I sat back in our vehicle and waited until just before eight am. Just picked up my car on the third day, NO PHONE CALL TO ME!
