      I repeatedly have been offered "bonus items" for making purchases of certain thresholds. I have tried to redeem those bonuses and rewards on the first,second third days and even though I am bombarded with emails stating all I have to do it order I cannot get the items. The first one was a kerastase blond absolu hair serum. I applied it to my order but it was not in my basket when I placed the order so I reached out to support &was told it was "out of stock " but my daughter ordered 20 min later and she got the item. It has happened 5 times to me now where an item I'd available to everyone else except me. I am supposed to be the higher level of loyalty customer but there has been no benefit of that. I reached out to customer service this 5th time before my purchase this time because for days I ha e been trying to get the ***** lip and primer pack if you spend $45 but I am not able to get it for some reason. Even though friends are able to at the same time ir right after and even though it is still being advertised to me multiple times a day. I think this is a form of fraud (bait and switch) to get me to spend but not honor the promotions to put forth. I tried multiple times to get help and each time I am told "if this persists reach out to us" and it persists and I reach out just to be told the same thing. They always tbink offering me a dollars worth of points somehow makes up for it. It doesn't. I may as well just order from the brands themselves because they also offer rewards for loyalty but they actually give the rewards. This is the reason Sephora seems to only have minors in your stores destroying things because the paying customers like me are sick of the lies and you not honoring your promotions. Each time I am offered a fragrance (I'm allergic) or an item no one wants instead of the premium item that I was supposed to get. 5 times is too many to be a coincidence. Yenifer the customer service rep I get each time is rude & sephora comes off as liars

      I have the Sephora credit card I filed a dispute they told me I had to pay while they investigated its fraudulent charge . You cant talk to a human once you file the dispute said 90 days they will contact by mail . This is scary to me anyone can make a charge . Its all automated. Sephora also is messed up on the points you have as well as credit card points .
