    On December 14, due to my disability, I order me and my grandchildren a meal from Subway to be delivered. I first called due to not getting my 10% off and was quickly discarded by the "no name manager" saying, if it isn't on the paper, I can't do anything about it. I just let that go and continued with my order. My order totaled $48.26. I order three wraps and three bags of chips. Once the order arrived, I immediately noticed that the bag was very flat and missing the chips. I tried to talk to the delivery guy regarding the matter, but he seemed confused and asked if I could just call the store. I called, the guy that answered did not want to give me his name, he kept saying "why" and well, just come back and get it fixed. I explained to him that I was disabled and had my two small grandchildren and asked if the driver could just come and pick up the order and I would like a refund. He was very rude, cut me off and then when I tried to call back several times (they have caller id) they never answered until I blocked my number and then he said "lady, I'm busy". After a few more calls of trying to resolve the issue, he finally gave me his managers name, but never his name. I called her to no avail. I had to file a few complaints before getting an unresolved email from the manager "******". I asked her if I could send her the photos to show her what the issues were, she said yes, however, once we hung up, she had obviously blocked my number from her cell phone; the photos wouldn't go through neither did my message to her. Then she emailed me saying she never asked for any photos. She never addressed the missing items (chips) or the way the sandwiches was poorly made with missing ingredients to raw bacon. I just wanted a refund, but she never addressed that as well. She then sent an email saying she will make the order if I come into the store. Once again, I CAN NOT go into the store and at this point, I don't trust them to prepare my food properly.
