I was a tenant at Kingston Place Apartments from 8/10/21 through 6/7/22. I was evicted after receiving 3 BOGUS warning notices that I was in violation of the lease agreement from the manager, *************************. I believe that these notices were in retaliation for insisting that ORIGINAL PUNCH LIST items from our move-in be completed BEFORE upgrades were done to the manager's apartment. When I made a sarcastic comment to the maintenance person, ********, I was written up for harassing an employee. (I received this notice over 2 weeks after it happened!) ******** subsequently told me HE had not complained he was harassed, he only told ******* about the exchange.We received a 30-day notice accusing us of smoking in our apartment multiple times a day because a receptacle blew over during a windy day and cigarette butts landed around the manager's doormat below us. I picked them up immediately. I had received an email from the manager in early September advising smoking was not allowed on the balcony and advised where smoking was allowed.I received another violation (along with the 2-week old notice) regarding items set outside on the walkway before being disposed. The photo attached was inaccurate by the time it was posted on my door.I continued to receive notices for non-payment of rent while actively enrolled in the ************** program, which they were not supposed to do.They rented us a substandard apartment, did not complete the punch list by the time we left and the manager is horrible! They also attempted to re-roof 2 buildings without permits!Complaints/concerns sent to their corporate office are basically brushed under the rug without repercussions. The maintenance person, ********, even forcibly entered my apartment uninvited and they did NOTHING! He still works there.You cannot get a direct line number or email to anyone at corporate.
