            Service was December 23,2022 on work order #***. It was to include removal of all dead rodents(recent and mummified), the laying of 12ml plastic as a vapor barrier throughout the entire crawl space under the house, decontamination of the crawl space and add additional screens to existing screens that *** have holes large enough for a rodent to get through. I had to pay $3200 by check only, up front - no exceptions. The next week I had a waste removal company come in to clean up the crawl space as a kitchen pipe broke and leaked drain material under the laundry area. They reported verbally and with photos that there were still dead rodents under the house and that the vapor barrier had not been laid throughout the crawl space. I contacted QPG by phone and email, including the photos, and I have had no response to date, January 19. I called Jan. 14, Jan. 17 and again today . If they don't want to complete the job, I want some form of refund, 50% as the job was half done. I have photos taken with a mobile phone but can't send as I'm typing this on my MacBook. If you need them, I will need to send by cellphone. Thank you.

            I'm taking a risk writing this. I hired the company, even though they were more expensive than some, because they offered a 2 year warranty. I hope I don't need to call on the warranty, but I will take the risk that they will still honor it, after reading my comments. None of this is a surprise to the company management. I hired the company to eliminate an existing rat traffic in my attic and under the house crawl space, remove the attic insulation, fumigate, and plug all the rodent access points. Unfortunately, we found a rat weeks after their last check. In addition, they were to put a door guard under an outside door into the garage. The guard they installed didn't cover the entire space so mice come into the garage. But most distressing is that when they plugged the hole the AC electrical lines run through the hole, they shorted the AC system so it no longer worked. I do appreciate they agreed to pay half the cost of the AC technician I had to hire. And lastly, I asked for before pictures of the attic so I could so how broad the rat droppings were. It took more than 5 requests before they sent me 2 pictures, neither of which was of our attic. And in addition to their rat elimination service, their lead employee (a family member) agreed to repair a damaged irrigation head when he was doing his other work. Unfortunately, the repair didn't work. When I asked the company to have him return to repair the irrigation head, their response was they weren't responsible and asked if I had anything in writing. My reply was I asked the employee for a receipt multiple times but that he would not provide one.
