My hi-level power wheelchair needed several major repairs and when my insurance company referred me to ILM I was skeptical at first. A small medical supply place and not ***********************?? He became my new 'gold standard' of DME repair. And then came a further challenge -- my ************** hi-lo bed needed a new remote control, which couldn't be replaced as it had become obsolete. *** helped clarify what was needed from TM (not easy as it was new staff), problem solve and repair my very expensive bed. Then he got a half-ton, full clinical bed out of my 2nd floor apt. I wouldn't have made it through that year without this "small" medical supply place. Countless times since then *** has provided consultation and 'roadside checks' for oddball wheelchair problems, always in the most appropriate and generous fashion. He's always honest and caring about the equipment or the fix, even if the news isn't what one wants to hear. And then he helps you figure it out and get it done. Pure gold.
