            Nearly two months ago, my husband and I went to Eradiance Jewelry located at ******************************************************************************* to buy our engagement rings. We wanted them to match and because they did not have my size we had to customer order the ring. The company and a female called me twice saying my ring was ready for pickup. The first time I went in the lady lied to me and showed me my ring that was dark grey and not black like my husbands. She told me to come back in about a week. She called me a second time and left me a voicemail. I COME BACK TO THE STORE AND IT IS THE SAME RING WRONG COLOR AND NOTHING CHANGED. As of today at 12pm the ring is still not ready and they are not able to give my an ETA on the ring. I would either like my ring for free at this point or would like a full refund. This was supposed to be ready for my wedding on March 27th, 2024 and it was not. I would like your help and want to know if i should get the police involved if neccessary.
