      Bought a PC mini screen from their E bay store. The screen is useless, requires Chinese software that they KNOW is unavailable here in the ****, yet they make no mention of it on their store page and willing sell with deceptive practices.

      It seems as though there are other individuals that have had the same issue. I bought a replacement stylus through ******** I never received the product, (tracking after almost 2 yrs still shows as delayed.) I originally reached out and was told they would send a replacement, that was never received. I reached out again and basically told there was nothing they could do due to the length of time that has passed. The company is not about making it right for the customer even after several attempts.

      Yes I purchased a Onola watch through their **** store on July 28th October 4th I sent him a message and told them that the bar where the 8th is has come off in this flipping around the ******** They offered me a $3 refund I paid $24 for the watch. Then he offered me a $6 refund I told him that is an insult when I paid $24 for it. Now on the 27th he was telling me my 90 days was up and they cannot refund me a pussyfooting around not answering my messages to **** in a timely manner which allowed the 90 days to run out. It is clear that they do not know the first thing about customer service oh, an easy fix to that would have been too just send me his address and I could have sent him this watch back and he could have sent me a new watch but no he tells me he's sorry for my inconvenience. I told him do not apologize for something that he is not sorry for it's the lack of education in retail and the lack of actual Management in the knowledge of what he can and cannot do and from what I see with his BBB rating he doesn't know he needs to go back to school and learn he would not work for me very long and I managed quite a few stores in the Greater Los Angeles area for 21 years. I am sending the watch to the manufacture and let's hope that it is not a counterfeit watch there are laws against counterfeiting.
