              Razzo was our internet provider. At the end of August, they discontinued the *** service that we used. We declined the offer to switch to a more expensive plan.At the time of cancellation our **** had been paid 2 months in advance or thru Oct. . The balance on our account had a credit balance of $58.36. The attached statement will verify this. We assumed a refund would be forthcoming. We received an invoice dated September 1. The statement shows that they had applied a payment of $29.34 to pay for Sept. when they had already stopped providing service in late August. After numerous phone calls we finally received a worthless refund check in the of $29.34 (only a one month refund instead of the two we are due) and WITH NO SIGNATURE. Anything that you could do to expediate our refund or $58.68 would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.Please help. Thank you.
