I purchased a pillowcase on Nov. 20, 2021 for $13.00 from the ONLINE store, RelaxtheBack.com. (Order #*****) It was supposed to be a 14" x 18" pillowcase but instead, I was sent a defective 13" x 17" pillowcase with stains on it. The package was marked (see photos) 14" x 18" but it was NOT the actual dimensions of the pillowcase when I verified the dimensions.When I tried to call to exchange the defective pillowcase, the saleswoman told me to open the package and verify the dimensions (which I did) and confirmed they were only 13" x 17" but was then told that I could not return it because the package was already opened. Also, their return policy states that products cannot be returned if it is an item that comes into contact with the skin. I never used it because it wouldn't fit my pillow!So I was stuck with a defective pillowcase that I cannot return or exchange.Furthermore, this problem of being sent a pillowcase that does NOT fit and can NOT be returned has been going on for years. I read the reviews of this pillowcase and there are 14 total reviews and 4 of them that date back to 2014 had the same problem as me. I do not want to do business with the Relax the Back store any longer. I want the store to refund the other customers who had the same problems and to change their return policy for pillowcases to be able to EXCHANGE them if the pillowcase does not fit.Thank you, *****
