I can not delete my information. I get denied in the trust center that my request is denied. I get emails saying my request was denied because my acct is active. O called in to several reps and spoke to supervisor ****** and keep saying my account is cancelled. I am able to log in and i keep trying to request my information to be deleted and I keep getting emails from ******* saying is denied because the acct is not canceled. Around and around I go. I am afforded to have my information deleted under Civil Code section 1798.105(d). My request for deletion is *******. My account can't be canceled because I can login, and I keep getting emails saying it's not canceled so i can't delete my information. I have tried 3 different browsers, incognito mode, clearing cache and cookies, talking to several reps and the supervisor ****** several times. To no avail you keep denying my request for my information to be deleted even though ypu know it is my right to do so. Because of that this company, in my oppinion and experience won't let me cancel my subscription or my acct or delete my information per the law. Everyone in my oppinion should away fast and hard from this company before they do the same thing to you.DELETE MY ACCT AND ALL OF MY INFORMATION IMMEDIATELY !
